Dapoxetine Tablet Side Effects (Side Effects / Nuqsanaat)
Dapoxetine Tablet contains dapoxetine HCl (a short-acting SSRI). Like all medicines, it can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.

These effects are generally mild to moderate:
- Nausea
- Headache
- Dizziness

Stop taking Dapoxetine Tablet and contact a doctor immediately if you experience:
- Fainting or severe dizziness when standing up (orthostatic hypotension)
- Serotonin syndrome: agitation, confusion, rapid heart rate, muscle twitching, high fever
- Severe or persistent mood changes, depression, or unusual thoughts
When to Seek Emergency Help
Go to the nearest emergency room if you have:
- Loss of consciousness or collapse
- Signs of serotonin syndrome (see above)
- Chest pain, irregular heartbeat, or difficulty breathing
Precautions and Warnings
- Do not combine with alcohol.
- Stand up slowly after taking this medicine to avoid dizziness.
- Do not combine with MAO inhibitors, thioridazine, or other serotonergic medicines.
- Do not use in men with significant cardiovascular disease.
