1. What PakVita Is

PakVita ("the Platform", "we", "us") is an Islamabad-based online encyclopedia of medicine information for Pakistan. The Platform provides:

• Free, educational information on medicines available in Pakistan — uses, dosage, side effects, warnings, and indicative prices
• Health and wellness articles and free health calculators / tools

PakVita does not sell or dispense medicines and is not a pharmacy. We do not take orders, process payments, or ship products. Where a medicine page shows a "Buy Online" link, that is an affiliate link to a third-party seller (see section 7).

2. Who May Use PakVita

PakVita is open to read without registration. Content is written for a general adult audience. You are responsible for using the information appropriately and for any decisions you make after reading it (subject to the disclaimer in section 3).

4. Accuracy of Information

We work hard to keep medicine information accurate and aligned with sources such as DRAP approvals, manufacturer prescribing information, and recognised pharmacopoeia. However, medical knowledge changes and errors can occur. We do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Prices shown are indicative and may differ from actual retail prices. Always check the manufacturer's leaflet and confirm with a healthcare professional.

5. Acceptable Use

By using PakVita, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of Pakistani law
• Scrape, crawl, copy, or republish our content at scale without written permission
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
• Post abusive, defamatory, or misleading content in any feedback you send us
• Misrepresent yourself as PakVita staff or as a healthcare professional

6. Intellectual Property

All content on PakVita — medicine profiles, articles, tools, images, logos, and interface design — belongs to PakVita or its content partners and is protected under Pakistani copyright law. You may share individual pages for personal, non-commercial, or educational use if you credit PakVita and link to the original page. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

7. Advertising & Affiliate Links

PakVita is funded by advertising (including Google AdSense) and by affiliate "Buy Online" links to third-party pharmacies and retailers. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Advertising and affiliate relationships do not influence our medicine information. We are not responsible for the products, pricing, delivery, or policies of any third-party seller — your transaction is governed by that seller's own terms. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, PakVita and its team are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from reliance on information published here, from temporary unavailability of the site, or from any third-party site you reach through our links. You use PakVita at your own risk.

9. Future Features

PakVita may, in the future, introduce additional services such as user accounts or a way to order products directly. If and when those features launch, they will be governed by separate, clearly published terms (for example, ordering, payment, delivery, and returns terms) that will apply in addition to these. Until then, no such services are offered through PakVita.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and amicably.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of PakVita after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
