Primary Uses (Mukhya Istemal)
- Hypertriglyceridaemia: Significantly reducing blood triglycerides
- Mixed Dyslipidaemia: Treating the high TG + low HDL combination
- Adjunct to Statins: Adding alongside a statin for residual TG elevation
Who Should Take It (Kin logon ke liye)
- Patients with elevated triglyceride levels not controlled by diet alone
- Patients with mixed dyslipidaemia (high TG + low HDL)
- High cardiovascular risk patients with residual TG elevation despite statin therapy
When NOT to Use Fenoget (Kab nahi leni chahiye)
- Severe hepatic (liver) disease
- Severe renal (kidney) disease
- Known gallbladder disease / gallstones
- Allergy to fenofibrate or other fibrates
- Combination with gemfibrozil (another fibrate) — avoid
