Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablet contains Isosorbide Mononitrate (ISMN), which belongs to the Organic Nitrate (Anti-Anginal) group. Below are all its approved uses in Pakistan.

DO NOT USE Imdur during an acute angina attack. For acute attacks, take sublingual GTN (glyceryl trinitrate).

Who Should Take It
- Stable angina patients
- Patients needing long-term angina prevention
- Left ventricular failure adjunct patients
When NOT to Use
- Acute angina attack — use sublingual GTN
- With sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, or avanafil — ABSOLUTELY CONTRAINDICATED (FATAL hypotension)
- Severe hypotension
- Nitrate allergy
