Nolvadex Side Effects (Nuksanat)

Common Side Effects (Aam Nuksanat)
- Hot flashes
- Menopausal-like symptoms (night sweats, irregular periods)
- Nausea
These side effects are usually manageable. If they continue or affect daily life, inform your oncologist.
Serious Side Effects (Sanjeedah Nuksanat)
- Blood clots, including deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism — see a doctor immediately
- Unusual vaginal bleeding or discharge, a possible sign of endometrial change — see a doctor immediately
- Vision changes — see a doctor immediately
When to See a Doctor (Kab Doctor Se Milna Zaroori Hai)
- Sudden leg swelling, pain, redness, or warmth
- Sudden breathlessness or chest pain
- Unusual vaginal bleeding or discharge at any point during treatment
- New vision changes or eye symptoms
Warnings and Precautions (Ihtiyat)
- Don't use Nolvadex if you are allergic to Tamoxifen or any ingredient
- Must not be used during pregnancy — effective non-hormonal contraception is required during treatment, as advised by your doctor
- Long-term use requires regular monitoring for endometrial changes; your oncologist will schedule the appropriate follow-up
