Sivab Tablet is generally safe at the correct dose, but side effects can occur.
Common Side Effects (Aam Nuksanat)
- Bradycardia — slow heart rate (Dhadkan dhimi hona)
- Phosphenes — transient luminous visual phenomena
- Headache (Sar dard)
- Dizziness (Chakkar)
Serious Side Effects (Sanjeedah Nuksanat)
- Severe bradycardia — HR below 40 bpm (stop immediately) — see a doctor immediately
- Atrial fibrillation — see a doctor immediately
- Heart block (2nd or 3rd degree) — see a doctor immediately
When to See a Doctor
- Severe allergic reaction (rash, breathing difficulty, swelling)
- If side effects last more than 2–3 days
