Becosules Capsule Side Effects (Side Effects / Nuqsanaat)
Becosules Capsule contains B-complex vitamins and Vitamin C. At the recommended dose, side effects are uncommon and generally mild.
Common Side Effects (Aam Side Effects)
These effects are generally mild:
- Mild stomach upset
- Nausea (less common when taken after food)
- Yellow discolouration of urine (caused by riboflavin — this is harmless)
If any of these effects bother you, take the capsule with food.
Serious Side Effects (Serious Side Effects — Foran Doctor se milein)
Serious side effects are very rare at the recommended dose but may occur if the dose is greatly exceeded:
- Peripheral neuropathy (tingling or numbness in hands or feet) at chronically very high Vitamin B6 doses
- Kidney stones at chronically very high Vitamin C doses
- Allergic reaction in individuals sensitive to any vitamin component
When to Seek Emergency Help
Go to the nearest emergency room if you have:
- Severe allergic reaction (rash, difficulty breathing, swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat)
Precautions and Warnings
- Do not exceed the recommended dose.
- Tell your doctor if you are taking other vitamin supplements to avoid combined overdose.
- Yellow urine is normal and expected — it is not a side effect requiring stopping the capsule.
- Individuals with a history of kidney stones should inform their doctor before taking Vitamin C-containing supplements.
