Common Side Effects (Aam Nuksanat)
- Skin thinning with prolonged use
- Stretch marks at the application site
- Mild skin irritation or burning sensation

- Adrenal suppression with prolonged extensive use — see a doctor immediately
- Cushing's syndrome features with excessive long-term use — see a doctor immediately

- Skin condition worsens or signs of infection appear at the application site
- Unusual weight gain, fatigue, or puffiness suggesting systemic corticosteroid effects
