Primary Uses (Mukhya Istemal)
- Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
- Blood sugar control when diet and exercise alone are not enough
- Combination therapy with other antidiabetic medicines
Who Should Take It (Kin logon ke liye)
- Adults diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes whose blood sugar is not controlled by diet and exercise alone
- Patients advised by their doctor to combine oral antidiabetic therapy
- Patients under regular medical supervision for blood sugar monitoring
When NOT to Use Diamicron (Kab nahi leni chahiye)
- If you are allergic to Gliclazide or any of its ingredients
- If you have Type 1 diabetes (insulin-dependent diabetes)
- If you have diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic precoma, or severe kidney or liver disease
