Epitril Dosage (Kitni leni hai)
The dosage of Epitril (Clonazepam) is always individualised. There is no universal "standard dose" for this medicine — your doctor sets the dose based on your diagnosis, age, weight, and response to treatment.
Adult Dose (Baalgon ke liye)
- As prescribed by your doctor
- Frequency as prescribed by your doctor
- Do not exceed the recommended limit
- If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If the next dose is close, skip the missed dose. Never take a double dose.

Usual Dose: As prescribed
Max Daily Dose: Do not exceed the recommended limit set by your doctor
Child Dose (Bachon ke liye)
Weight-based dose — consult your doctor
A child's dose is always decided by the doctor based on weight, age, and the specific condition being treated. Do not calculate the dose yourself.
How to Take (Kaise leni hai)
- As prescribed by your doctor
- At the same time each day
- Consistency in timing matters for this medicine
- With or without food, unless advised otherwise
Best Time to Take (Kab leni chahiye)
- As directed by your doctor
- Same time daily to maintain a steady level in the body
With Food or Empty Stomach (Khali pait ya khane ke baad)
- It can generally be taken either way — on an empty stomach or after food. If your stomach is sensitive, taking it after food is better.
Missed Dose (Dose chhoot jaye to kya karein)
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If the next dose is close, skip the missed dose. Never take a double dose.
Overdose (Zyada Dose)
An overdose of Epitril can cause severe drowsiness, confusion, slowed or difficult breathing, or loss of consciousness, and can be life-threatening, especially when combined with alcohol or opioid medicines. Seek emergency medical help immediately if an overdose is suspected.
Stopping This Medicine (Ye Dawa Band Karna)
Never stop Epitril suddenly on your own. Abruptly stopping a benzodiazepine after regular use can trigger withdrawal symptoms, including a serious risk of withdrawal seizures. Any change in dose or plan to stop must be gradual and supervised by your doctor.
