- Fatigue
- Dizziness
These side effects are usually mild. If they continue or interfere with daily activities, inform your doctor.

Dependence and Withdrawal Risk (Aadat Aur Withdrawal Ka Khatra)
Epitril belongs to the benzodiazepine class, which is known to carry a risk of tolerance and physical dependence with prolonged use. Never increase the dose on your own, never share this medicine with anyone else, and never stop taking it suddenly. Abrupt stoppage after regular use can trigger withdrawal symptoms, including a serious risk of withdrawal seizures, which is a medical emergency. Any dose change must be gradual and supervised by your doctor.
When to See a Doctor (Kab Doctor Se Milna Zaroori Hai)
- Slowed, shallow, or difficult breathing
- Signs of a seizure after missing or stopping a dose
- Extreme drowsiness, confusion, or unresponsiveness
- Any sign of an allergic reaction, such as swelling of the face or difficulty breathing
- Thoughts of self-harm or significant mood changes
Warnings and Precautions (Ihtiyat)
- Don't use Epitril if you are allergic to Clonazepam or any ingredient
- Avoid alcohol completely while taking this medicine, as the combination significantly increases the risk of dangerous breathing suppression
