Child Dose (Bachon ke liye)

How to Take (Kaise leni hai)
- EMPTY STOMACH: 1 hour BEFORE food or 2 hours AFTER food
- Do NOT take with antacids, dairy, iron, or zinc within 2-4 hours (chelation)
- Swallow with a full glass of water
- Avoid direct sunlight — photosensitivity — apply sunscreen
- Complete the FULL course — do not stop midway
Best Time to Take (Kab leni chahiye)
- Morning: 1 hour before breakfast or 2 hours after
- Night: 1 hour before dinner or 2 hours after
- Same time every day — to maintain a routine
With Food or Empty Stomach (Khali pait ya khane ke baad)
Empty stomach — best absorption. Keep antacids, milk/yoghurt, iron, and zinc at least 2-4h apart. Grapefruit can also affect absorption.
Missed Dose (Dose chhoot jaye to kya karein)
Take it as soon as remembered. If the next dose is near, skip the missed one. Completing the full antibiotic course is essential — an incomplete course causes resistance.
Overdose (Zyada Dose)
Ofloxacin overdose: nausea, vomiting, confusion, seizures, cardiac arrhythmia. Contact a doctor or emergency services immediately.
