Symbicort Inhaler Dosage (Kitni leni hai)

Correct dosage of Symbicort Inhaler AND correct Turbuhaler technique are both essential for effective treatment. Always follow your doctor's prescription.

Adult Dose (Baalgon ke liye)

• As prescribed by doctor
• Maintenance: usually 1-2 inhalations twice daily (morning and evening)
• SMART regimen: different schedule — follow the doctor's complete guidance

• If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If the next dose is close, skip the missed dose. Never take a double dose.

Exhale — Exhale through the mouth away from the inhaler 4. Mouthpiece sealing — Place the mouthpiece properly in the mouth and seal the lips 5. Deep, fast inhalation — Inhale deeply and forcefully — this is a DPI, not slow like an MDI 6. Hold — Hold for 5-10 seconds 7. Rinse mouth — After every use, rinse the mouth thoroughly with water and spit — to prevent candidiasis 8. Do NOT shake — Do not shake the Turbuhaler

Best Time to Take (Kab leni chahiye)

• Take at the same time every day to maintain a routine

With Food or Empty Stomach (Khali pait ya khane ke baad)

• The inhaler has no relation to food — it can be taken at any time. Mouth rinsing is mandatory after every dose.

Overdose (Zyada Dose)
