With Food or Empty Stomach (Khali pait ya khane ke baad)
Taking Magnesium Tablet with food is strongly recommended. Magnesium salts on an empty stomach are more likely to cause diarrhoea or stomach cramps.
Missed Dose (Dose chhoot jaye to kya karein)
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If the next dose is close, skip the missed dose. Never take a double dose.
Overdose (Zyada Dose)
If you take more than the prescribed amount, seek emergency medical help immediately. Overdose of Magnesium Tablet can cause serious harm, particularly in patients with kidney disease — symptoms include very low blood pressure, muscle weakness, and difficulty breathing.
