Primary Uses (Mukhya Istemal)

Who Should Take It (Kin logon ke liye)
- Adults diagnosed with high blood pressure, as assessed and prescribed by a doctor
- Adults with established cardiovascular disease who need additional risk reduction, as decided by a doctor
- Adults with type 2 diabetes and related organ damage, where a doctor has specifically prescribed it
When NOT to Use Telsarta (Kab nahi leni chahiye)
- If you are allergic to Telmisartan or any of its ingredients
- If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant — ARBs can cause serious harm to an unborn baby, especially in the second and third trimester
- If you have severe liver impairment, bile duct obstruction, or certain kidney conditions, unless specifically cleared by your doctor
